Terms of use

These terms govern your use of this website. They cover the website only. If your company uses the shopping assistant on its own storefront, that is governed by the agreement signed between us, and nothing here changes, limits or adds to it.

Who publishes this site

This site is published to describe our shopping assistant and to let people ask for a demonstration of it. Every way of reaching us on it is an email address, and it is the same one at the foot of this document.

What you are welcome to do

• Read it, link to it, and share those links.
• Quote a short passage, with the source named.
• Ask for a demonstration, an audit, or anything else the site offers.
• Let a search engine index it in the ordinary way.

What you may not do

• Copy the site in bulk, or use automated means beyond ordinary reading and indexing.
• Present its material as your own, or strip the attribution from a quotation.
• Attempt to reach any part behind the sign-in that you were not given access to, or interfere with how the site runs.
• Use anything here to mislead somebody about what this product does.

Demonstrations and signing in

The areas behind the sign-in are for people we have invited. Credentials are personal, are not to be shared, and access to a demonstration can be ended by either of us at any time and for any reason.

The material on this site

Figures we cite from elsewhere are attributed beside them, and we mark what each one does not prove. They describe results other people measured. They are not a forecast of what this product would do for you, and nothing on this site is an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to supply anything.

Ownership

The text, design, drawings and marks on this site are ours. Other companies are named on it only to identify them, and their names and marks remain their own.

Links to other sites

We link to the sources behind the figures we quote. Those sites are not ours, we do not control what they publish, and a link is not an endorsement of anything else on them.

Changes

We may change this site, and these terms, at any time. The date at the top of this page is when the substance of these terms last changed. Continuing to use the site after that date means these terms as they then stand.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
